'' This two-day, instructor-led training workshop is an introductory level offering for people who will be required to provide administrative support for Microsoft Office Project 2003: Professional and Project Server. When Microsoft Project Professional is combined with Microsoft Project Server it provides organizations with a powerful enterprise-wide project planning and management system.

The role of the Microsoft Office Project 2003 Administrator in this environment
The Project Manager’s roles and responsibilities when planning and managing projects
The role of users in updating project tasks
The system’s ability to support both project and resource management

Business Analysts/Planners must have the technical knowledge to ensure that the decisions they make are technically feasible.
