'' The objective of the Massage Therapy diploma program is to assist students in acquiring an entry level position in the field of Massage Therapy. Students who successfully complete this program will be eligible to take the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Each 10 week term is equal to 300 clock hours. The program totals 900 clock hours in 30 weeks. A minimum of 300 clock hours will be dedicated to massage theory and practice techniques, 100 hours will be dedicated to anatomy and physiology, 50 hours will be dedicated to business practice/professional ethics/hygiene and massage law, 50 hours dedicated to ancillary therapies/CPR and first aid to meet the licensure requirements for Missouri as administered by the Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage. ...''
