'' Lotus Development Corporation recently announced its next generation Web client ¨C iNotes. iNotes will provide web access to Notes/Domino electronic mail and calendars. iNotes provides email, calendar, scheduling, and task management ¨C similar to the existing native Notes client and extends the current Webmail client (currently implemented here as VCU Mail Anywhere). iNotes has been built with the latest Web Technologies including Javascript, DHTML and XML. The results are better performance and improved functionality with user-friendlier interface. Lotus expects to ship iNotes to its customers during the first quarter of 2001.
