'' Six Sigma Green Belts generally act as support to Six Sigma Black Belts through the execution of some or all aspects of project activity. This programme is designed to ensure that Green Belts are provided with a good understanding of the most widely applied tools and techniques.

The course is designed for all those concerned with quality improvement in a production, engineering or development role. The following are the suggested prerequisites for enrolment in this programme:
A willingness to learn new concepts
Ability to transfer learning to the work environment
Experience of working in teams to improve processes or solve problems
An understanding of basic statistical concepts
