'' Six Sigma is a management improvement philosophy that focuses on reducing process variations to deliver consistent, measurable and improved results. It continually strives for perfection through the disciplined use of fact-based, data-driven decision making to deliver world-class levels of quality in products and services to customers.



In Six Sigma implementation the middle level managers play the roles of the champions. Champions are the ones who identify, select and approve improvement projects, and subsequently deploy teams to executive these projects. To play their roles well, champions need have a good understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodology. This course aims to equip the middle management members with this knowledge.

Objectives

The objective of Six Sigma Champion training program is to develop effective leaders for the implementation of the Six Sigma principles, methods and tools that are necessary to achieve breakthrough improvements in the performance of business processes. With this knowledge and skills, Champions will:
