'' The individual Management System requirements for Quality, Health & Safety and Environment share many common elements. Integration will expose areas of waste, duplication, conflict and other non value-adding activities. Integration leads to risk and cost reduction and business improvement.

This two day course recognises that company needs vary in the extent to which they wish to integrate their existing Management Systems. It therefore provides the methods and the tools necessary to meet a range of options from simple alignment through to full integration.

The course investigates the common requirements of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems, reviews the options available, and provides the skills required to implement the changes.

Internal auditing is costly and has limited benefit if it addresses each discipline separately and only focuses on compliance. This course explains how integrated audits can be performed that examine the effectiveness and efficiency of the Management System along with compliance issues, and how auditing can become a major driver of business improvement.
