'' This five-day practical "hands-on" course is designed to produce competent network support technicians, capable of taking and passing the Network+ exam.This course is intended for delegates with installing, maintaining and troubleshooting local area networks, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Novell NetWare.
Objectives

Install and manage Windows NT

Pre-Requisites
Delegates are required to meet the following prerequisites:
Experience of supporting end-users and PC-based systems
Should have taken and passed both A+ Certification exams or have equivalent knowledge and experience of PC hardware and software support
