Training Course:

Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) Fast Track Programme

School/Trainer:

Global Knowledge (UK) Inc.
Dublin,Maidenhead, United Kingdom

Course Format: Classroom | E-learning | Virtual Class | Online | On-site | Blended | Self-paced

Course Description:

'' Multi-Protocol Label Switching is a highly scalable, high performance forwarding technology that has multiple applications in the service provider and enterprise environment.

The MPLS forwarding technology has gained rapid deployment at the core of ISPs and other service provider networks. Now the technology is being provided directly to the customer as a viable alternative to leased lines, frame relay, ATM and IPSec VPNs. MPLS is therefore a technology that must be well understood by both customers and service providers alike. For this reason, this course teaches MPLS and its main applications such as VPNs, traffic engineering, and QOS from both the service provider and customer perspective.

Learn How To

Understand MPLS theory, design and configuration.
Implement and support MPLS VPN’s, traffic engineering and MPLS QOS.
Identify the interaction of MPLS and IP routing.
Understand the design, configuration and troubleshooting of OSPF and particularly BGP to an advanced level
