'' Novell e-Directory Tools and Diagnostics is a practical skills course that addresses advanced e-Directory network management and troubleshooting skills. Pre-Requisites
Delegates should meeting the following pre-requisites:

Completion of one of the following courses N520, N560, or N3001
Completion of one of the following courses N525, N570, or N3004
Completion of one of the following courses N532 or N575
Completion of one of the following courses N801, N580, or N3005
Knowledge of terminology, hardware, and practices commonly used in large enterprise networks, such as routers, hubs, switches, backbones, and subnets.
You should have:

Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) certification in NetWare 4, NetWare 5, or NetWare 6 or equivalent experience.
