'' This two-day instructor led hands-on course provides an overview of the administrative responsibilities associated with RSA SecurID products. The working principles behind RSA Authentication Manager software and RSA SecurID hardware and software tokens are discussed, including product architecture, time synchronization, integration into a Microsoft Windows domain environment, and use of the Quick Admin feature. Extensive hands-on labs reinforce the administrative tasks involved in managing user populations and token assignment..

Objectives
Explain the basic architecture and theory of operation
Describe the configuration required for RSA Authentication Manager operation
Perform the Administration functions and populate an RSA Authentication Manager database
Perform report functions and user troubleshooting
Understand the ongoing maintenance requirements
Know how to set up and use the Software authenticators
Use RSA SecurID Quick Admin functionality
Understand the use of RSA Web Express for deployments

Pre-Requisites
To benefit fully from the course, it is recommended that delegates: -

Have an operational understanding of the UNIX or Windows Server operating systems.
Have an existing knowledge of RSA’s products.
