'' Whether as a means of promoting their business or private interests increasingly people are investing in both Internet and Intranet websites.
Using the basic building blocks of both HTML and JavaScript code, the course is targeted at people who wish to gain the knowledge and skills required to create, develop and maintain a website.

You will gain valuable experience, knowledge and confidence in an area of increasing demand.

Course Content
Starting WebPage Design: HTML releases, naming conventions, Introducing tags, basic design features, first WebPage.
Lists & Colours: creating and using Ordered, Unordered & Definition lists, customising bullets & numbers, WebPage & text colouring, WebPage Backgrounds..
Links & Jumps: links - within a page, between pages, to other WebSites, text links, button links, graphic links, sending email.
WebPage Graphics: understanding graphics, transparent images, inserting images, aligning images & text, images as links, thumb nail images, interlaced images, animated images, creating animations.
Tables: introducing tables, table borders, cell spacing & padding, table headings & width, centering data , cells as link, cell background colors, images in cells, spanning columns and rows, sidelining.
Frames: horizontal, vertical & combined frames, frames attributes, frame communication.
Dialog boxes & event handlers: using JavaScript prompt, confirm, alert dialog boxes, event handlers.
Second windows: defining & controlling JavaScript windows. Linking through text, buttons and images.
Feedback forms: form validation, textarea, input types, radioboxes, checkboxes, Real-time feedback forms
Time & Date: using time and date in your WebPages.
