Progression
This qualification will give the competent student a nationally recognised qualification in Nail technology which is suitable for gaining relevant insurance to work as a nail technician.
Course Content
Manicure - anatomy of the arm and hand, contra indications to treatment, consultation techniques, and how to complete a professional manicure.
Nail extensions - contra indications to treatment, application of professional nail extensions using the tip and acrylic overlay system.
Health & safety in the salon environment.
