This short course is designed to give you confidence in communicating in a foreign language on the telephone. Through a series of customised telephone role-plays, the course covers the language required to:

Make contact on the telephone
State who you are and what you require
Establish good relations
Gather and give information
Get your point across
Ask for and give clarification
Deal with and make a complaint
Conclude a telephone call
Follow a call up by email
