This short course is designed to improve your ability to conduct meetings confidently in a foreign language.Through a series of customised situational role-plays, the course covers the language you will need to perform the following functions effectively in a meeting:

Setting and presenting agenda
Presenting information (factual, financial, sales)
Interrupting, seeking clarification, changing the pace of a meeting
Getting your point across and being persuasive
Note-taking
Guaging the tone and formality of a meeting
Listening and questioning
Chairing a meeting
Concluding a meeting
Following up a meeting ¨C written conclusions, action plan etc.
