Who Needs to Attend
This course is designed for newly hired Cisco Account Managers as well as newly hired Channel Partners/Resellers Account Managers. It is also suitable for existing Account Managers that are due for re-certification.






Suggested Prerequisites

The CSE course is considered baseline training for account managers and little or no experience selling Cisco products and solutions is assumed.

As a prerequisite, Introduction to Networking - Sales Networking 101 is required before taking the CSE course.
