Who Needs to Attend
The intended audience for the ICWS course is Cisco or Authorised Partner personnel responsible for installing or upgrading Cisco WAN switch networks. The course is not intended or designed for customer or end-user personnel who are not actively involved in the physical installation process.

Internal personnel and partners responsible for customer support, trials and demos, pre-sales support, and other functions may also benefit from attending the ICWS course. The course is not designed for all the needs of this audience group, but does provide a general survey of the WAN switching product range and may therefore serve as a starting point for hands-on product familiarisation.

The course also forms the foundation course for the Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA) WAN Switching Career certification programme.
