'' Add business skills to augment prior college studies in this ambitious program tailored for degree holders. Empire College believes that adding business skills to a university degree increases employment options.
Objective: This is an ambitious, short-term program designed to upgrade existing skills and to produce administrative assistants with a variety of highly marketable skills. This program is tailored for those with previous college education and/or work experience to meet the demands of todays employer. Empire College focuses on marketable skills.
Prerequisites: (1) College transcript indicating completion of 30 semester units, or resume outlining three years of office work experience; (2) net keyboarding speed of 30 words per minute on a 5-minute timing.
Program Length: 2½ quarters Diploma awarded upon successful completion of all graduation requirements.
