'' The IPCC, ICMPT & ICMSA courses have been combined in to an intensive 10-day course. This fast track programme incorporates ICMPT 5.0, ICMSA 5.0, and IPCCF. This course is based on ICM 5.0 release plus CallManager 3.3(2) and CRS 3.0 (IPVR)
Learn How To
Discuss the components and operation of an IPCC environment to block level.
Install, configure and script a simple ICM system to reflect a particular business case
Configure Call Manager and IP phone to support a simple dial plan
Configure Call Manager and IPVR to support and play a simple IPVR application.
Complete IPCC configuration, including detailed troubleshooting, scripting and monitoring
