'' PRINCE2 has a strong practical element which many other methods are missing. The process is not prescriptive and it can be tailored to your requirements. It covers the whole project lifecycle, including pre project preparation.

Essential background and project management overview
Planning, controlling and initiating projects using PRINCE2™*
Day-to-day project work including change and quality issues
Controlling the stages and boundaries
Closing a project
Foundation and practitioner examinations.

This is a five-day course with the multiple choice foundation exam and the written practitioner exam included. The course syllabus is tightly controlled by the APM group, national developers of the PRINCE2™* process, and all materials have been fully accredited. It is delivered by Insights, a nationally approved deliverer of PRINCE2™* programmes.

Fee includes all course materials, PRINCE2™* manual, examination fees and certificate.
