'' More cases are now being heard in the County Court rather than the High Court. The Civil Procedure Rules are now 5 years old and the landscape at a civil trial has changed vastly. This course specifically deals with how to prepare for, conduct and effectively present your own cases at either a fast track or multi track level. The course includes case studies and role plays and:-
Case analysis as a preparation for advocacy
Letters of instruction to experts - what to include and what to exclude
Managing jointly instructed experts
Cross-examining experts
Re-examination - the new examination in chief
Closing submissions
Structuring a skeleton argument and preparation of case summaries Delegates will be limited to 20.
