'' One of the most important aspects of the work of the internal auditor is concerned with the information gathering techniques of fact finding, interviewing and note taking. Success as an internal auditor places a high premium on the ability to obtain accurate and relevant information from staff at all levels in the organisation and then to be able to record the complexities of the system.
