A+ knowledge (or Novell Course 1105 and 1106)
Network+ knowledge (or Novell Course 1400 or 3003)
Foundations of Novell Networking (Course 3001)
Or equivalent experience
In addition, students should be in the process of obtaining the CNE certification or have equivalent experience
