'' This course builds on relationships and purchasing theory within the negotiation process. It particularly focuses on developing the skills of collaboration through language, behaviour, relationship styles and through utilising different techniques to solve problems and reach solutions for both parties. Role-play is used to experience learning in terms of recognising how effectively this collaborative approach is being used by the delegates.
