Five practical sessions take place over the two-day event giving delegates the opportunity to:
• improve poor drafts of various clauses
• draft a contract for the Supply of Services from a case study
• hear speakers ¡®negotiate¡¯ a draft contract for the purchase of goods, agreeing or disputing clauses in the document
• in teams, delegates will negotiate a purchase contract using a case study
• draft a contract for the Supply of Goods from a case study followed by speakers who will present a model contract
