Aims Most outsourcing customers say they are unhappy with their supply relationship, yet fewer than 15% re-let contracts at end of term. Complaining about outsourcing service suppliers is easy, but changing suppliers presents a series of challenges.
This MasterClass will discuss some of the legal and commercial hurdles encountered when attempting to exit an outsourcing contract, and discuss some pragmatic exit strategies. The programme will spend time focusing on technology-related outsourced services, but much of the material will be applicable to business process outsourcing generally.
With a maximum of twelve attendees, the format of this event enables delegates ample time for case examples and various mechanisms to be discussed in an informal but highly productive manner.
