'' The Discover Programme was an innovative soft skills programme designed, in this case, for only the top percentage of senior executives. The programme was a unique combination of top class academic input, external practitioners, learning group format and individual coaching. It was run over a one year period, with ten monthly sessions, in order to embed a mindset of creative thinking and personal reflection in a way that would be almost impossible to achieve through traditional training.
