'' This course is designed for staff working in banks, credit unions, building societies, insurance firms, financial planning firms, accounting firms, legal firms at all levels.

COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The AMLCTF legislation introduces several legal obligations on providers of financial services, accounting services, legal services and several other services. There are severe penalties (including criminal) for non-compliance with the legislation. This one day training programe gives an overview of main features of the legislation, how to apply ¡®know your customer¡¯ guidelines effectively, what are the reporting requirements and how to ensure effective monitoring and compliance to the regime. It is an introductory course and needs to be undertaken by all employees working in firms providing financial, accounting, legal and such other services.
