'' The new millennium saw a number of corporate failures like Enron and WorldCom in the United States and HIH in Australia. These have highlighted the importance of good corporate governance as a contributing factor in the sustained growth of a business.

COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
This course will update participants on not only on the importance of the corporate governance, but also familiarise them with the best-practices to achieve this objective. It will also highlight the important issues like audit and risk management.
