'' What is it that sets great leaders apart from effective managers? What are some of the executive skills and traits that are now being sought by the biggest corporations and Government Departments in the country? How can an organisation attract dynamic people, or groom their current management team to greater heights in order to lift overall performance and outcomes? This course is ideal for those who wish to enhance their leadership and personal skills in order to best inspire those under them, and ultimately to maximise their effectiveness to the people and organisations that they serve.
COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES This two-day course is all about looking at the traits of outstanding leaders and examining how to best enhance the skills of each participant. It also covers the techniques those great leaders have used to generate dynamic teams and organisations under their direct control. The course is designed to have managers think well beyond the standard textbook approach to management and leadership.
The aim of the course is to equip participants with many new skills that can be immediately implemented in their work environment. This includes a better understanding of the traits that great leaders possess and how to develop and enhance those skills in themselves.

Emotional Intelligent and its impact on leadership styles ¡®Behavioural Styles Analysis¡¯ and how to deal with different personality types Communicating and thinking skills Lateral goal setting The processes of ¡®creative thinking¡¯ Evaluating your present performance and determining a future path METHOD OF DELIVERY The course will be delivered in a workshop format. It will thus be very interactive, with group exercises, video examples, open discussions, examples of leadership styles, and a number of practical exercises to enhance the skills of participants.
