'' This course is designed for:

small business owners, middle and senior managers working in non-finance areas like general management staff, human resources staff, entrepreneurs, engineers and lawyers; and
managers in government and not-for-profit sectors.
COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Increasingly managers with non-financial background are required to make decisions using financial information. This two day program will provide a practical hands-on grounding in the essentials of finance, accounting and cost accounting. It will enable participants to make sense out of the financial statements and help them understand how strategic decision for value creation can be made with powerful finance tools.
