'' Many elements make workplace writing complex and stressful, so this course teaches techniques that will reduce that stress, and build writing confidence. Participants will become much more attuned to document audience(s) and document purpose(s), and have a process for creating more reader-friendly documents.

Why write, and when to write (and when not to) Tools to reduce writing anxiety/writing avoidance How to improve approval rate from your boss, your team etc Using a low-stress, time-efficient process for writing Structure: creating it, the low-stress way Increasing the ¡®visual eloquence¡¯ of reader-friendly documents Writing collaboratively (with one or more others) Writing to convince (writing to get things done)! METHOD OF DELIVERY This two-day course (one week separating the two days) uses mini-lectures, individual and collective short writing tasks, and other activities including learning from peers.
