'' For those with little experience of yoga. Improve body awareness, posture, flexibility and practise relaxation. Suitable for you regardless of your age and fitness level. The three courses follow on from each other, but new students are welcome.

What is the course about? Start the moring with a healthy stretch and improve your well being for the rest of the day. Yoga increases body awareness; it improves posture, stamina and flexibility, enhances our quality of breathing and teaches relaxation techniques which help reduce stress in our daily life.
What will the course cover? (contents,themes,projects) - Standing, sitting and lying down postures, including forward and back bends - Inverted (upside-down) postures (optional) - Pranayama (breath work) - Relaxation
