What is the course about? Gentle Yoga postures will be combined with breathing and movement to energise you and help to de-stress the mind and body. The emphasis is on everybody working at their own pace in a relaxed and non-competitive atmosphere.
What will the course cover? (contents,themes,projects) The class will start with a short, sitting relaxation and often end with a visualisation. Warm up exercises will be followed by classical postures. The course will be progressive and some Yoga postures will be combined in sequences eventually to become more free-flowing. You will be encouraged to work at your own level, taking rests whenever you need to.
