'' Improve your well-being and that of your developing baby. Yoga exercises will encourage you to bond, to gently stretch and relax and you will learn about improving your breathing. Suitable for beginners. You should be at least 14 weeks pregnant. Your partner can enrol with you (they must pay the course fee).

What is the course about? Using adapted practices from the tradition of Hatha Yoga we will look at specific exercises for the various stages of pregnancy and labour. We will learn some breathing techniques, relaxation methods, visualisations and meditations appropriate to motherhood. Breathing for labour and advice on Optimal Foetal Positioning will be included.
