'' A slow, careful first entry class designed to give basic grounding in the classical technique. Suitable for dancers or actors recuperating after physical injury.

What is the course about? In the class the student will learn correct posture and placement of the body, while studying the basic rudiments of classical ballet.

What level is the course? Beginners.

What will the course cover? (contents,themes,projects) The standard French vocabulary will be used. Every class will consist of barre work for three quarters of an hour and the remainder of the class in the centre.
