Course Description:

'' The Business Account Clerk program is an eight-month Certificate of Completion program. Students earn college credits that are counted toward an Associate of Science degree and transfer as electives toward a four-year degree. Students attend six months of in-class training and participate in a two-month internship. The program’s total cost is approximately $1,800, and students will earn 29 college units.

Students should achieve a minimum keyboarding speed of 35 wpm and 130 cspm on the ten-key calculator. The Business Account Clerk program prepares students to enter the labor market as an accounting assistant, payroll assistant, accounts payable/ receivable assistant, CPA assistant, or auditor’s assistant.
