'' Whether you have a minor curve in your back or a significant scoliosis with greater challenges, this 8 week yoga class can help you de-mystify your spine. Through breathing exercises, awareness practice and yoga poses, we will explore both the flexibility and the limitations of your spine in relationship to your scoliosis. You will increase mobility and stability in the legs, pelvis, arms and shoulders, which help support the spine...and have fun in the process.
