'' This Cisco Authorized course delivers the knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot Enterprise CallManager, Unity, and IP network deployments. The course begins by describing a systematic approach to troubleshooting AVVID networks, reviews CallManager signaling protocols, and continues with topics such as dial plans, E911 implementation, internal service tools, and command line interface tools. External tools, troubleshooting gateway problems with routers and switches, and looking at Call Detail Records and the administrative reporting tool are also covered. Finally, the course finishes with troubleshooting voice over IP quality and with an investigation of troubleshooting Unity problems.
