'' The College offers four-semester sequences in three European languages, French, German, and Spanish,
as well as a two-semester sequence in Modern Standard Arabic and Italian. Beginning classes are
designed for students with no previous experience. All courses develop not only the students? abilities with

assignments and exercises are supplemented by in-class oral practice.
