'' This course provides the foundation of a Cisco IP Telephony network solution. This course is designed to provide the level one (on-site) support staff with the skills needed to add, move, and change IP Telephony devices using Cisco Call Manager. This course will also provide the level one support staff the skills and knowledge to support users of IP phones and identify network and server impact when administering changes.

Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to:

Install, move, add and change IP Telephony devices in an IP Telephony Network using Cisco CallManager
Identify the impact of changes in an IP Telephony network
Provide level one support for Cisco IP phone users
