'' Participants will examine why teams or individuals constantly outperform competitors and peers given similar circumstances. Participants will walk away with a clear understanding of how they can be more productive through directed effort

Vision
Participants will be challenged to think in term of "What¡¯s Possible?" instead of "Let¡¯s work hard and hope we do well!" They will not only experience the impact that vision (or lack of it) has on their own team but, they will also see it in the performance of others.

Goal Setting
Participants will be challenged in their abilities to set clear and attainable goals. They will be left with a better understanding of the power of goals and a truer sense of their own goal setting "habits",

Planning
This is not theory! Participants will be forced to exercise their planning skills¡­ or face the consequences! This usually results in the realization that teams do not plan as well or as often as they think they do. Exploring why people often don¡¯t do what they know to do, leads to a better understanding of the planning process and fosters a commitment to plan more often!

Teamwork
This is a real team challenge that requires leadership, effective use of all resources (including time and information), delegation of roles and responsibilities and decision-making skills. In the end they will have learned not only from their own team experience, but also from the results of other teams experiencing the identical challenge.
