'' Mastering photography requires understanding of light. Light can make or break the perfect captured moment! Learn to take advantage of the light available to you and to use techniques that elevate your images from snapshots to photographic art! Students will work with many forms of light ¨C natural, indoor, light-modifiers, flash and studio lighting. This is a hands-on class, so expect to shoot a roll of film per week or digital equivalent, including shooting during the class period. All students in this course receive their own choice of darkroom or digital studio access during open studio hours. (Because this course is self-supporting, not tuition waivers or exemptions are allowed.) 17.5 hours.
