Course Description:

'' Whether you want to consider a new career, change jobs in your present company, become a freelancer or consider further education, this program is a great place to start. You might ask, ¡°Where do I begin?¡± The answer is, at the beginning! Start with the first core classes. Take Introduction to Graphic Design and get your feet wet. Following that are two more core classes, additional skill building classes, and classes that will teach you the tools of the trade: Adobe InDesign (or QuarkExpress), Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoShop. By the time you finish this program, you will understand the depth of this field and be able to apply it to real work. You will also have a certificate that states that you have completed a series of classes in graphic design. In addition, you will have work samples from your classes to put into a portfolio that shows you have indeed gained experience and knowledge about this dynamic field.
