'' In this hands-on workshop, learn to install and customize the TCP/IP functions found in IBM’s Communications Server for z/OS and OS/390. At this level, the TCP/IP offering works in conjunction with UNIX System Services. Instructor-led discussions explain the features and functions of TCP/IP services for z/OS and describes key installation and configuration tasks. Through hands-on lab exercises, learn to perform basic TCP/IP customization for z/OS, configure selected application services, define network interfaces, and configure the subnet environment.

This material has been updated to include up to z/OS V1R4. There are several hands-on exercises that are not associated with a classroom discussion.
