'' The purpose of the course is to familiarize the future web-designer with Macromedia Dreamweaver, a powerful tool for creating professional websites.
Dreamweaver enables the designer to create HTML behind-the-scenes while dealing with a visual display of the web page.
The student will cover everything from basic HTML to website design, including integration of images, CSS, and more.
Topics covered vary based on students’ experience and speed of learning, but generally include basic HTML, how to create a basic web page, working with images, working with links, inserting and playing media, fonts and characters, CSS style sheets, tables, forms, layers and basic behaviors. Time permitting, the class will focus on the integration of Dreamweaver and Photoshop, in particular the creation of web pages based on Photoshop composites. ...''
