'' This five day course provides developers with the fundamentals and know-how necessary for extending and integrating WebSphere Customer Center (WCC) with their existing applications. Course participants start off with the basics - setting up and testing their environment - and gradually move to more intricate tasks. Through numerous labs, students discover how to make use of different extension mechanisms when extending the product and how to create applications that make use of WCC. By the end of this course, participants will be able to fully customize WCC according to company needs.
