'' Web development has become an incredibly powerful tool for businesses, government, nonprofit organizations and even families who want to share information or support a hobby or interest. Most Web developers work from a very basic knowledge and "do it yourself" attitude that can be frustrating, inefficient or ineffective. This program provides participants with broad-based skills in Web development including the ability to create, edit, optimize and manage a Web presence effectively.
