Course Description:
'' Integrating theory, research and practice, the Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program will prepare you for both contemporary and emerging roles in psychology. In addition to the prescribed course work, youll complete two years of practicum and an internship. Since this is for clinical practice, not a research degree, youll gain expertise in a number of specific conceptual and clinical skills, and complete a Clinical Research Project in an area of applied clinical psychology. In addition, youll be trained in the science and practice of psychology and apply local and contextual investigation and problem solving to help different segments of an ever-changing society.
