'' Human resources management plays a central role in corporate development and strategy. Qualified HR professionals are crucial in providing training and development resources, crisis and risk management, and legal considerations for the overall health of any organization. The management of human resources degree at CCU combines human resources administration with ethical principles of leadership, enhancing career possibilities in human resources, management, and business fields. Students acquire the knowledge and skill set necessary to operate in today’s business environment. In addition to equipping students with a marketable skill set, the human resources program also challenges students to consider how personal ethics and values can inform their work.
