'' This course provides an overview of the opportunities and challenges of working with vendors, an exploration of vendor motivations and interests, and tools and techniques for making the best use of vendors and controlling their performance so that business requirements can be met. This course addresses such issues as information asymmetry, effective Statements Of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contract terminology within the project context.
